This kit helps to bleed the air of the water pump system. When the raw water system gets air inside, the pump may hold air inside, causing no pumping of water.

 

Fitting dimensions: 1/2" (male). A 5/8" id hose will fit.

Great bleeder

This is a solution for a problem on most sailboats which are sailing in heavy seas. The continuous duty pumps on ac units generally aren’t self priming. The pump needs water in it to trim and this solves the problem of a heeling sailboat which has list prime on the pump. Anyone whom comes back from a long hard sail and is looking for warm or cool and finds the pump has lost prime because of heavy seas will really like this device. Quick easy pump prime!
